About the clinic
Night Owl exists because too many people wait months for a sleep appointment, only to feel rushed through it. We keep our patient panels small on purpose — so you always see the same clinician, and they always have time.
Sleep is deeply personal. It sits at the intersection of your work, your family, your health, and your home. So we start each visit by listening — not by ordering a study.
We practice evidence-based sleep medicine, but we resist algorithmic care. That means we recommend testing only when it will change our approach, we prefer the least-invasive treatment that will work, and we plan together, not for you.
And because we live and work in the same Maryland community as our patients, we can coordinate seamlessly with the primary care doctors, cardiologists, and pulmonologists you already trust.
